Summer barbecues!

Watch for the Multiplex block party wagon to be set up around town again this summer. Every two weeks starting in June, the Friends of the Plex will set up the trailer and serve all beef hot dogs, farmer sausage patties, or hamburgers paired up with chips and a drink! Menu may change through the summer.

July 19 – Niverville Credit Union (62 Main St)
The Manitoba Youth Job Center Odd Job Squad will be set up with a bake sale! Come support our youth!
August 2 – Niverville Town Office (86 Main St)
The Manitoba Youth Job Center Odd Job Squad will be set up with a bake sale! Come support our youth!
August 16 – Niverville Bigway (259 Main St)

Summer Barbecue Lunches

Hespeler’s Cookhouse & Tavern
Hespeler’s Cookhouse & Tavern will be serving selected menu items in support of the Multiplex.
For the month of July there is a selection of menu items to choose from:

Glazed Pecan Salmon with white rice, broccoli & cauliflower for $12
Grilled Chicken with white rice, broccoli & cauliflower for $10
Beef Stir Fry with white rice mixed with peppers, cherry tomato, mushrooms & onions for $12
GORP Parfait made with greek yougurt, fresh seasonal fruit topped with peanut butter & raspberry GORP bar for $7

The July drink special is The Thirsty Canuck, a twist on a classic Canadian caesar, rimmed with steak spice and garnished with a spicy pepper and a pickle, for $6.

$1 will be donated back to the Multiplex!

Bigway Bucks
Sold in $20 increments, use them to purchase your groceries at the Niverville Bigway. 10% comes back to Niverville Multiplex (not eligible on lottery, tobacco or alcohol). Bigway Bucks hold no cash value.
Bigway Bucks can be purchased during regular office hours at the Town Office at 86 Main Street or the Niverville Credit Union at 62 Main Street Niverville.

Block Party Wagon
A 16 foot trailer outfitted with tables, chairs, games and a barbecue – everything you need to plan a perfect block party! It is free for all residents planning a block party in their neighborhood. As well for non-profit groups planning their fundraisers. The trailer is available from April to October. We strongly encourage a donation to the Niverville Multiplex for using the block party wagon to aid in our fundraising efforts.
